Delivery FAQS

 

Shipping (Delivery) Address:

Please note your shipping address needs to be a valid street address. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, PostNet, Farms, Plots or Mines.

Check your local The Courier Guy as they have lots of Kiosks (Where you can collect your parcel from).

Check that your full delivery details are displayed, this includes a contact person, an active South African cellphone number, a street name and number, a suburb, postal code and province.

If you have any questions or queries regarding your delivery address, special delivery instructions or a change of any delivery details, please email us on [email protected] immediately so that we can update your order before it ships out.

 

How long before my parcel gets shipped?

Once you have placed your order, there is a 48-hour processing time. Please note some of our listed products require special lead times due to shipping directly from suppliers and in such a case a "shipping time" will be stated on the product page for your reference. If the order is urgent, please make sure to check with us before ordering. The processing time will all depend on how busy we are, but we are treating every order with a matter of urgency. Each order is packed with love and care which takes time.

Please note ordering over weekends and holidays means your order will be processed the forthcoming business day. If you are unsure of your delivery period contact us via [email protected] so we can explain to you for your convenience. If you need it before a certain date, please let us know so we can let you know what extra fees are applicable.

 

How long do deliveries take?

MDS and The Courier Guy takes a total of 2-3 days (after your processing time) to major and main centres across South Africa. Outlying and Regional areas can take 3-5 days, depending on your location (after your processing time).  Please note we are not held liable for delays in the delivery times once the parcel has been handed over to the couriers.

 

How to track my parcel?

Once your order has been collected, the Logistics team will send you the tracking details. Tracking details cannot be sent before your order has been collected or processed. You will need to follow your parcel online, so please make sure you have given us a valid email address and cell phone number. Invalid contact details mean processing and delivery takes longer.

 

What are your lead times on certain products?

Some items that are listed will have a different lead-time, compared to our standard processing and delivery time. This is due to some items being sourced from suppliers directly. You can view the lead times on the specific product page that you are interested in.

 

Which couriers do we use?

We use MDS and The Courier Guy for our national deliveries & FedEx and Courier IT for international deliveries. If you want to request that we do not use a specific courier, please contact us immediately after placing your order so that we can make a note on your order.

 

Can you deliver Overnight?

This can be done with prior arrangements and at special requests. You would need to email us before ordering to make sure that we are aware of the situation. Overnight delivery does come with extra fees as special arrangements need to be made in order to accommodate this. We still cannot guarantee overnight delivery as it is up to the courier company to deliver your order. Your order may take a day or two extra, if there are any unforeseen delays with the freight movement of the courier company.

 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do! We use FedEx, Courier IT and UPS as our international couriers. We also exclusively use Jet X Couriers for any deliveries going to Namibia.
