The Eco-Earth Eco-Fert Diatomaceous Earth is Eco-Earth's least refined Grade of DE specifically for soil amendment applications and livestock rolling pits. Eco-Fert Silica is a natural source of Plant Available Silica and trace elements. Silica (Si) is an important element for plants, essential to good health. Silica is taken up and deposited in plant tissue, enhancing the plant's ability to deal with both biological and environmental stresses. This in turn benefits the grower by resulting in significantly increased yields.

Can also be used as a pest repellant, for pets, brush the powder into your pet's coat to get rid of ticks and fleas, or sprinkle it over their food as a gentle but effective deworming treatment. Diatomaceous Earth is completely natural and non-toxic, the safest way to rid your household of pests.
