How to place an order
Step 1 - Find the product you are looking for
Search our entire store with our search bar or browse through our categories to find the product that you are looking for.

Step 2 - Confirm Stock Availability
Due to the large variety of products that we sell we do not keep stock of everything on our premises and sometimes send products directly from our suppliers. Because of this it can happen that stock is not available of a product at the suppliers.
To avoid purchasing an item that is not in stock at us or our suppliers please confirm stock availability before placing your order.
Step 3 - Add product to Cart
When you are on the product page of the item you want to buy click on the ADD TO CART button, this will add the item to your shopping cart.
You can also change the number of items you want to add to your shopping cart by clicking on the + or - buttons next to the Add to Cart button.
Step 4 - Review the items in your Shopping Cart
If you are done shopping you can click on the MY CART button in the Top Right Corner of the screen, this will take you to the Shopping Cart Page.
On the Shopping Cart page you can add and remove items from your shopping cart. You can also enter in any Discount Codes that you might have.
When you are satisfied with the items in your cart click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
Step 5 - Login or Register
If you are a new customer you will need to create an account in order to proceed through the checkout process. All you need to do is confirm your email address, and fill in your contact details and delivery address so that we can send your order to the correct place.
The Register button is on the Checkout Page on the left hand side next to the Login form.
Step 6 - Complete the Checkout Process
After filling in your billing and delivery details you will be asked to review and confirm your order. If you are happy with everything click the PLACE ORDER button.
You will receive an Order Confirmation Email with your order details and an Order Number. Our Banking Details and payment instructions will also be on the email.
Step 7 - Make Payment
You can pay using your Credit Card or make a Bank EFT payment.
We use MyGate as our credit card payment processor and it is 100% safe and secure, there is no risk to you. We don't have any access to your credit card details as the payment happens on MyGate's secure website.
If you choose to do an EFT payment then you can simply pay the order amount into either our FNB or ABSA account. Use your order number as reference when making the payment. Send the proof of payment to email@example.com. If you send the proof of payment through your the bank's system then we can process your order faster, otherwise we need to wait for the funds to reflect in our account.
