Safe & Secure Shopping
There is no risk when shopping at Futurama. Pay safely and securely with your Credit Card or a Bank EFT.
We use MyGate as our third party payment processor so we don't have any access to your credit card details. Their payment system is fully 3D Secure and there is absolutely no risk to you. If you don’t want to pay using your credit card, you can just as easily pay using a bank EFT transfer.
We are a well established shop that you can trust. We have been around for nearly 7 years, we have a physical store in Somerset West, Cape Town, and we advertise in magazines such as Popular Mechanics and ProAgri.
We want to be able to offer customers the best possible prices that we can. If you find a product cheaper anywhere (locally), we will try to meet or beat it.
We want to make sure that you make the right buying choice so that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

We deliver countrywide, directly to your door.
We only use couriers to deliver and not the post office, so you can be assured that you will receive your order. We take all the risk of the delivery.
For orders under 2 kg that are going to central areas (i.e. city centres, suburban areas etc.) it usually takes 1-2 working days to arrive after we have received payment.
For all other orders the delivery time frame is 2-4 working days. Extreme outlying areas might take a day or two longer to deliver.
Special orders, custom orders or made-to-order items may take longer subject to manufacturer's lead time/manufacture time.
Problems After Delivery
Please contact us as soon as possible or within 7 days of receiving your order if there are any problems or issues with your items.

We advise opening your package as soon as your delivery is received to check that your order is satisfactory, so that we can help within 7 days of purchase. If there is any pre-existing damage to your items (incurred before the package was delivered), please capture images of the damage on delivery and send them through to us as soon as possible.
The sooner you contact us the sooner we can help.
After 7 days of purchase Futurama cannot be held responsible for any failure to report; missing, damaged or unsatisfactory goods.
