The Tauro Recovery Safety Damper Blanket - Red can dampen any recovery strap or winch cable to the ground in case of any component failure. We recommend that two blankets are used, one on each side of the recovery rig. Designed to eliminate the whipping action of a strap or winch cable in the event of a failure, they reduce the possibility of personal injury and vehicle damage.

The damper comes in a high visibility safety with reflective tape for both day and night use. To install, simply fold the damper over the strap or cable and position midway between the vehicle and recovery strap.
