Stock Availability

Due to the large variety of products that we sell we do not keep stock of all items on our premises and sometimes we send products directly from our suppliers.

If a product says IN STOCK, then it is in stock with us or we know that it is available at our suppliers.
You can go ahead and place your order.

If a product page shows a CONFIRM AVAILABILITY button, then you need to contact us to confirm stock availability.
You can do this by clicking the button, which will open up a stock check form where you can enter in your contact details. Your stock check will be placed in the queue, and our staff will get back to you as soon as possible with a stock confirmation.
Alternatively, you can call us on 021 851 3284 during office hours for immediate confirmation.

Futurama will always do everything in our power to provide our clients with accurate stock information but sometimes our suppliers might provide us with the wrong information, or they might have an error on their systems. This could lead to us confirming stock for our clients but when we process the order, they, unfortunately, inform us of the mistake from their side, and then we will not be liable for this discrepancy. If there is any delay between when a stock check is done and the order is placed through our website it can also lead to stock being sold out by our suppliers and Futurama cannot be held liable for this discrepancy. We will offer our client an alternative or immediate refund on the products ordered which cannot be honoured.

Futurama reserves the right to cancel any order in the event that the product ordered is not in stock by us or our suppliers.
If you have already paid and the product is out of stock, we will give you a full refund or a store credit.
