Spyderco C101PCBL2 Manix 2 Knife

Description

The Spyderco C101PCBL2 Manix 2 Knife has been one of the most successful models from the Spyderco collection for quite some time. This version of the Manix 2 is one that raises the bar for light-weight pocket knives even more. The handle of this knife is made from FRCP. This is a light-weight glass-reinforced polymer. As such the handle is incredibly light, but just as sturdy.

This edition of the Para 3 is enhanced with a blade made from CPM SPY-27 steel. A remarkable type of steel that was specifically designed with and for Spyderco. It looks a lot like CPM S30V and CPM S35VN, with comparable sharpness retention and toughness. SPY-27, however, is, because of the addition of cobalt and a little less carbon and vanadium, easier to sharpen.

When opened the blade is locked by a solid ball bearing lock. A user-friendly lock that also ensures that you can easily open and close the pocket knife.
