The Airmarksman Backbone Rail - 30MOA, Black is more than just an extended optics rail. By replacing both the factory optics rail and the factory backbone plate with one piece of exceptionally robust aircraft-grade aluminum, the Backbone Rail ties your entire rifle together and eliminates tolerance stacking. The AirMarksman Backbone Rail adds only 114g to the overall weight of the rifle while significantly reducing flex throughout the entire rifle, resulting in a more stable and reliable shooting platform. The Backbone Rail has the greatest usable rail space of any backbone rail, with a full 46cm of Picatinny optics rail, in addition to reinforcing the FX Impact platform.

AirMarksman also incorporated a bolt retention detent to the Backbone rail, keeping the cocking handle and bolt probe held in the rear position when it is opened. This feature eliminates play in the cocking handle and stops unintentional duplicate feeds. If shooters want to keep the feel of the OEM cocking handle, they can easily remove the bolt retention detent during installation. The AirMarksman Backbone Rail System is the most precise top rail for the FX Impact Platform and is entirely built in the USA.
