Description

The Celestron CG-5 Vixen Style Dovetail Bar - 8" has been designed to allow you to replace the wider CGE dovetail bar found on most Celestron 8 Schmidt-Cassegrain and 8 EdgeHD optical tubes with a narrow dovetail, allowing them to be used on mounts that require the narrower CG-5 dovetail bars, such as the Advanced VX mount.

The bar features a full aluminium build with orange anodizing making it one tough yet smooth bar, and it comes with all the necessary hardware to make the replacement process as smooth as possible.
