The Cole and Mason A6 Beech Salt Mill - 165 mm is a classically designed wooden pepper mill such as the Capstan in natural beech with a polished finish adds style to any table whilst remaining an everyday kitchen tool. Adjust the grind from fine to coarse by tightening or loosening the knob on the lid. The Capstan mills feature a hardened carbon steel mechanism for pepper and diamond sharp ceramic mechanism for salt and come with a lifetime guarantee. The Cole & Mason Precision mechanism does not crush peppercorns but strips them to release the maximum amount of flavour with each turn. We recommend using high quality peppercorns and coarse rock salt in all our mills.
