Grech UV CUP-809 700L/H Filter

Description

Introducing the Grech UV CUP-809 700L/H Filter. A compact aquarium filtration and sterilisation unit designed to help improve water clarity and overall aquarium hygiene. With a flow rate of up to 700 litres per hour, it is suitable for aquariums with a capacity of up to approximately 340 litres. The unit features a built-in water pump, allowing it to circulate aquarium water through the filtration system without requiring a separate external pump. An adjustable output nozzle provides additional control over the direction of water flow, helping users position circulation according to the layout of the aquarium.

A built-in 9 W UV steriliser adds an additional level of water treatment by exposing circulating water to ultraviolet light. This makes the CUP-809 a practical option for aquarium owners who want both water circulation and UV sterilisation in a single compact unit. Its versatile design allows the filter to be installed directly inside an aquarium or positioned within a sump system, depending on the setup. This makes it suitable for a variety of freshwater and compatible aquarium configurations where space and installation flexibility are important.

The Grech UV CUP-809 operates on a 220-240 V, 50 Hz power supply and has a total power rating of approximately 20 W. Its compact dimensions of approximately 76 x 90 x 290 mm allow it to provide useful filtration and sterilisation capacity without taking up excessive space inside the aquarium system. Manufactured by Grech, the UV CUP-809 combines a 700 L/h circulation rate, built-in pump, adjustable outlet and 9 W UV sterilisation system in one practical aquarium accessory. Its compact size and suitability for aquariums up to approximately 340 litres make it a convenient filtration option for maintaining cleaner and clearer aquarium water.
