The GreenPan Brussels Frying Pan - 28cm has a Thermolon ceramic non-stick in cream which makes a fresh and elegant contrast with the black aluminium exterior, while the ergonomic stainless steel handles provide a more confident grasp, even with thick oven mitts. Add to this GreenPan indispensable Magneto induction base, and you know why Brussels is written with a capital B!  Great for cooking low fat, but needs a little butter or oil to protect the coating from high heat when frying or browning
