MDT Buttstock Weight - SRS-X Elite, SRS-X Lite

Introducing the MDT Buttstock Weight - SRS-X Elite, SRS-X Lite. Add weight to your buttstock to decrease recoil and balance your rifle. This weight mounts in the lower pocket of the MDT SRS buttstocks. The weight and its hardware will add 0.65 lb to .75 lb to your rifle system all the way at the rear, moving your balance point rearward significantly. To install, simply remove the buttpad assembly, slide the weight into the lower pocket, attach with included screws and reinstall the buttpad assembly. The weight for the SRS-X Elite (found on the MDT ACC Elite) will add about 0.75 lb to the rear of your rifle in order to properly balance your chassis system. As the weight is fairly far from the standard centre of gravity of the chassis, it has a profound affect on balance and is recommended for competitors wanting to offset the weight of an MTU/Straight barrel or heavier muzzle device.
To install, remove the buttpad assembly, slide the weight into the lower pocket, attach with included screws and reinstall the buttpad assembly.
