Introducing the MDT SRS V5 Buttstock Weight. Specifically engineered to enhance the performance of your rifle by adding weight to the buttstock, thereby decreasing recoil and improving overall balance. By adding approximately 0.65 lbs (295 g), this weight shifts the balance point rearward significantly when mounted in the lower pocket of compatible MDT buttstocks, including the ESS, ACC, and SRS V5 models. This added weight allows for greater stability during shooting, making it easier to maintain control and accuracy.

Installation is straightforward and user-friendly. To set up the weight, simply remove the buttpad assembly, slide the weight into the designated lower pocket, and secure it using the included 8-32 x Socket head cap screws. After the weight is firmly attached, you can reinstall the buttpad assembly. This design ensures a snug fit, as the width of the weight has been carefully crafted to match the contours of the ESS, ACC, and SRS buttstocks.

Additionally, the MDT SRS V5 Buttstock Weight features an underside clearance slot that allows for the mounting of M-LOK accessories, even with the weight installed. This versatile feature provides shooters with the flexibility to customize their rig without compromising functionality. Moreover, constructed from durable case-hardened steel, this weight is built to withstand rigorous use, making it a reliable addition to your rifle setup.

Please Note: Install with blue (temporary) Loctite as necessary. Stock Not Included.
