Introducing the Nocpix Quest S50R Thermal Binocular. A high-resolution thermal observation device designed to deliver detailed imaging, long-range detection and integrated ranging in a compact binocular format. It features a 1280 x 1024 thermal sensor with a 12 m pixel pitch, providing excellent image detail and target definition across a wide field of view. With a sensitivity of less than 15 mK NETD, the Quest S50R is capable of detecting subtle temperature differences for improved clarity in challenging environmental conditions. Equipped with a 50 mm F1.1 objective lens and a 60 Hz frame rate, the binocular provides smooth and responsive thermal imaging during both stationary observation and tracking of moving subjects. Its 2x to 16x magnification range allows users to move from broader scanning to closer inspection, while the field of view measures approximately 17.5 x 14, equivalent to around 30 x 24 m at 100 m. The stated detection range reaches up to 2,600 m for a 1.7 m x 0.5 m target.

Thermal imagery is displayed through a large 0.72-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200, providing a sharp and detailed viewing experience. Up to six colour palettes are available, allowing users to select a thermal presentation that best suits the environment, target or personal viewing preference. The binocular also provides 5 diopter adjustment, a 25 mm eye relief and a 10 mm exit pupil diameter for comfortable viewing. A built-in laser rangefinder provides distance measurements out to 1,000 m and uses a Class 1 laser for operation. This integrated ranging capability allows the user to estimate target distance without requiring a separate device, helping streamline long-range observation. A built-in microphone is also included for recording audio alongside compatible captured content.

The Quest S50R includes 64 GB of internal memory for storing recorded media and observation data. Power is supplied through a combination of a built-in 4,200 mAh battery and a replaceable 18650 battery, providing up to approximately five hours of maximum operating time at 22C. This dual-battery configuration adds flexibility for extended observation sessions by allowing the removable battery to be replaced when additional runtime is required. Designed for demanding outdoor use, the Nocpix Quest S50R carries an IP67 protection rating and is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -20C to +50C. The binocular measures approximately 175.4 x 138 x 66 mm and weighs around 750 g without the battery. Combining a 1280 x 1024 thermal sensor, long 2,600 m detection range, 1,000 m laser rangefinder, AMOLED display and rugged weather-resistant construction, the Quest S50R provides a comprehensive thermal observation platform for long-range outdoor applications.
