The RAM Double Swing Arm With Round Plate - 12", C Size consists of a double swing arm with swivel socket arm and 2.5" diameter round base with the universal AMPS hole pattern. This mount allows you to twist and tilt the viewing angle of your laptop, tablet, UMPC, monitor, or any other connected electronic device, when mounted on your RAM vehicle mount.
