Description
Introducing the Schmidt & Bender CM II High Performance 6-36x56 LPI P5FL Riflescope. Representing a significant leap forward from the well-established 5-25x56 PM II platform, setting a new standard for precision optics. Designed to excel from medium distances all the way to extreme long-range shooting, this scope is engineered for shooters who demand uncompromising performance. Its impressive 636x magnification range allows for exceptional flexibility, making it equally capable in dynamic shooting competitions and highly controlled long-range environments.
One of the most striking features of this riflescope is its expansive field of view, which surpasses many competing optics even at lower magnifications. At 6x, it already outperforms typical 525x scopes, providing enhanced situational awareness and faster target acquisition. Coupled with outstanding optical resolution, the scope enables precise target identification at distances exceeding 4,000 meters. Schmidt & Benders patented coating technology ensures light transmission above 90%, delivering bright, high-contrast images even in difficult lighting conditions. The large 56mm objective lens further enhances low-light performance, making it suitable for early morning or late evening use. The CM II High Performance is built with a 34 mm main tube and offers an extensive internal adjustment range, including over 40 MRAD of elevation travel. Its advanced turret system-featuring DT II+ MTC LT and ST II ZC LT configurations-provides precise, tactile adjustments with a click value of 0.1 MRAD. Windage adjustment extends up to 6 MRAD, with a total internal range of 21 MRAD, while elevation reaches up to 30.5 MRAD externally. The counterclockwise turret rotation is intuitive for many precision shooters, and the system is designed to maintain repeatability and accuracy under demanding conditions.
A standout innovation is the LPI (illuminated parallax integrated) system, which combines parallax adjustment with reticle illumination into a single, user-friendly control. This design not only streamlines operation but also accommodates a wider range of mounting options and improves accessibility for left-handed users. The illuminated reticle offers 11 brightness settings, ensuring visibility across various lighting environments. With a diopter adjustment range of -3 to +2 and a consistent 90 mm eye relief, the scope provides a comfortable and customizable viewing experience. Despite its powerful capabilities, the riflescope maintains a relatively lightweight and compact profile for its class, weighing just 980 grams and measuring 390 mm in length. Its robust construction reflects Schmidt & Benders reputation for durability, ensuring reliable performance in harsh conditions. The inclusion of parallax adjustment adds another layer of precision, allowing shooters to eliminate target image shift at varying distances. Altogether, the CM II High Performance 6-36x56 sets a new benchmark for modern riflescopes, particularly in disciplines such as PRS (Precision Rifle Series) and ELR (Extreme Long Range), where optical clarity, adjustment range, and reliability are critical.
