Introducing the Spuhr Hunting SCP-3001 Picatinny 30mm Mount. The Spuhr Hunting SCP-3001 Picatinny 30mm Mount is a lightweight and versatile scope mounting solution designed for use on Picatinny rails. Developed as part of Spuhrs Hunting Series, it provides a refined alternative to heavier mounting systems while maintaining the strength and rigidity required for dependable optical mounting on compatible bolt-action rifles. Machined from durable billet 7000-series aluminium, the SCP-3001 combines low weight with a solid structural design. It weighs approximately 147 g (5.2 oz) and measures 108 mm (4.25") in overall length, making it a compact option for users who want a strong scope mount without adding excessive weight to the rifle.

The mount features 30 mm diagonally cut rings, with one classic ring and one Spuhr Interface ring. The interface ring can be rotated to position a compatible accessory at either the 12-oclock or 3-oclock position, providing additional flexibility when configuring accessories around the optic. The complete mount can also be rotated to suit either left- or right-handed users. Two separate side clamps are used to secure the SCP-3001 to a compatible Picatinny rail, helping provide a stable and consistent mounting interface. The Torx 20 ring and clamping screws feature a zinc-nickel coating for added protection and durability during regular use.

The SCP-3001 has a mounting height of 30 mm (1.18") and provides approximately 8 mm (0.314") of clearance from the bottom of the scope tube to the bridge of the mount body. It uses a neutral 0 MIL / 0 MOA tilt, making it suitable for setups where no additional elevation angle is required from the mount. Manufactured by Spuhr, the Hunting SCP-3001 combines billet aluminium construction, ambidextrous installation, an integrated accessory interface and a compact 30 mm ring configuration in a purpose-built Picatinny scope mount. It is intended primarily for compatible bolt-action rifle platforms and is not suitable for the SAKO S20 or rifles using two-piece rails.
