The wick system in the Urbalive Berberis Planter puts your plant in control of how much water it consumes, allowing you to get on with your busy lifestyle. Simply set up your Berberis as instructed, ensuring the wicks are 'dangling' in the reservoir water, fill your planter with the growing media of your choice, plant your chosen flowers, water over the top to begin with - around 1L for the Berberis 60 and 2L for the Berberis 80, then fill up the reservoir using the side holes until the water level indicator reaches MAX.
