The Twist and Scoop features a double sized stainless steel blade that cleanly spoons out grapefruit segments. Simply cut a grapefruit in half with a kitchen knife. Apply the grapefruit tool's built-in corer to remove the core and then use the stainless steel cutting scoop to portion out each halved segment.
